Meet up at the FSC booth at the Riviera and sign up and get some trash bags. We are going to pick up trash along the waterways, Santiago Canyon or wherever you want. It is better to sign up in advance. Here is the link

Note Time change, ending at 2PM. OCFA crews will be on site at the Silverado Riviera to unload your greenwaste. No Tires dropoff at this event. Only greenwaste.

3 Clean-Up Days in One! California Coastal Clean Up, Canyon Clean Sweep and Chipper Day.
Take your brush across from Silverado Community Center. Ewaste and Tires also accepted. There will be dumpsters at Trabuco, Modjeska and Silverado for trash and debris. Join us to clean trash out of the watershed and Silverado Canyon Road for Intercoastal Watershed Clean-up. Statewide volunteer effort to make the watershed clean. Canyon Arts Healing
Hands on arts and out of door activities for the children and families who live in the canyon areas. Any child or families affected by the fires or floods in any capacity is welcome. This program aims to help build resiliency and healing through activities that rebuild a sense of healthy and safe community through creative exploration, unity, collaborative and supportive creative out of door activates. Schedule child focused classes provided with and open community counseling format for parents and caregivers who need time to talk with one another. 20 community outreach workshops and classes are not cost.

Make your house fire safe by creating a Defensible Space. This is the last cycle of the California Climate Change Initiative grant. Bring your green waste, branches and vegetation to the "Triangle Lot".

Christmas in the Canyons IS BACK! FSCEOCC will be there selling yule logs, providing general information and joining in the fun!
Chipper Day for Wildcat and Hazelbell Residents
Join us at the Wildcat Ranch to remove brush from your property. Lots of brush will be chipped to remove it from the Wildcat drainage.

Golden Spotted Oak Borer - GSOB are a big threat to oak trees in our canyons. Come learn from the experts on how to lessen the threat. 7 to about 9 PM at the Library of the Canyons conference room.
9/18: Chipper and Coastal Clean-Up Day

Fire Safe Council will have a crew to help unload green waste, and it will be chipped and recycled, courtesy of Aguinaga Green Waste.
